Mark Stern

Mark is the current President of Sage Resources, former President of Stern Properties, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His background includes the purchase, infrastructure improvements, and sale of residential and recreational developments that include over 500 properties. Early in his real estate career, Mark spent five years with Patten Corporation, where he started in sales, worked in sales management, and then moved to Project Supervisor. After learning the business, he partnered with his attorney and friend Larry Coploff, to create Coploff and Stern Partnership. A Dealership with Asperline Log Homes yielded over 30-million in sales which included the first log structure at Penn State University, the Penn State Blue Course Clubhouse. Mark is extremely creative and is always interested in pushing the limits or going against status quo in order to create a better, more efficient norm.
